Warranty terms
This product (PixoTest® multi-function analyzer) carries a one-year warranty.
Without registering the warranty on iXensor's official website, iXensor cannot provide warranty service.
If the analyzer fails to operate within the warranty period due to non-human causes and is determined by iXensor to be a product fault, iXensor will provide the relevant warranty service.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by any factor other than a product fault, including but not limited to:
Accidental damage from natural disaster, fire, earthquake, lightning, etc.
Incorrect or improper use (e.g. cracked screen, battery leakage, liquid ingress, moisture, self-disassembly or modification)
Failure to present the warranty card or to register the warranty on iXensor's official website
The warranty does not cover damage or loss of consumables supplied with the product (test strips, lancets, batteries, packaging, etc.) or accessories (USB cable, manuals, etc.).
